Working Principle
PPSBD series centrifuge meet he GMP standard & the environment-protecting requirement. The flat structure is adopted, high-viscosity damping absorber is equipped, and there is no foundation. The motor is driven by the VFD, so the belt wheel drives the basket to have the high-speed rotating around its axis, and the centrifugal force field is formed. When raw material enters the centrifugal field in the basket, is forced to be distributed on the basket wall, the liquid can go through the filter, gets to the housing space, and will be discharged from the bottom outlet, while the solid will be remained in the basket. After the de-watering, the basket’s speed is slowed down, the solid phase will be removed by the scraper, and be discharged from the outlet in the basket’s bottom.

Features
1. The full-closed structure can be used in those toxic, inflammable or explosive site.

hydraulic or pneumatic device, the machine can be automatically or manually operated.

4. The hydraulic scraping system is made of stainless steel, is driven by the closed hydraulic ram, and can be contacted
with the liquid directly.
